A receptionist that
only says what you gave it.
It's built from your prices, your hours and your booking rules, and nothing else. It picks up on the first ring at two in the morning, books the appointment, and puts urgent callers straight through to you. You'll hear it before any customer does.

- Answers on the first ring, or after as many rings as you choose. Day and night, no hold, no queue.
- Takes several calls at once, so callers don't get a busy tone.
- Asks what you'd ask, so time-wasters are sorted before they reach you.
- Books, moves and cancels in your real calendar, and confirms by text.
- Puts urgent calls through to you, with what's been said passed on.
- Sends you a written summary of every call, or files it in your customer records.
- Follows up by text on a schedule you set: appointments, quotes, past customers.
- Speaks English and Spanish, switching to whichever the caller uses.
No online calendar? We set one up. No customer records? Everything arrives by text and email.
Same call, different ending.
Maria Lopez calls Northgate to ask a price, once without ORLIXS and once with it.

Maria is booked, and you never picked up the phone.

Setting it up.
You tell us how you work.
We need your services, prices, hours, booking rules, what must reach you, and what people always ask.
We build it from that, and nothing else.
We put it in line by line and connect your calendar and records. Changes take effect that day or the next.
We try to break it, then you do.
We call it with awkward questions, interruptions, bad lines and annoyed callers. You approve every word before it goes live.
We forward your calls.
You choose: every call, only the ones you miss, or only outside your hours. Your number never moves.
Calls go live in about a week. Texts need carrier approval first, which usually takes two to three weeks and is the one part outside our control.
When things go wrong.
It doesn't know the answer.
It says so and takes a proper message. You get it straight away, and we add the answer.
One part has a problem.
Backups are built in underneath. If one part fails, a backup takes over, usually without the caller noticing.
Something breaks.
We usually know before you do, and we tell you what happened instead of quietly fixing it.
You want to leave.
Your number stays yours. Change one setting and your phone rings exactly as it did before.
We won't promise someone at three in the morning. Small companies who promise that are guessing.
What it's built not to do.
Pretend to be a person.
It's set to say it's a computer the first time it's asked.
Guess.
If it doesn't know, it says so and takes a message.
Make up a price, a date or a promise.
It only answers from what you gave it.
Take card or bank details.
It's set to refuse them if they're offered.
Argue.
Anyone unhappy is put through to a person as your rules allow, or a message is taken.
Keep selling.
It offers once. If the answer's no, it stops.
Make anyone learn software.
There isn't any.
Tie you in.
No contract, thirty days' notice.
Price.
Every feature is in both plans; only the minutes change. Over your minutes it's $0.35 a minute, and we'll warn you before it becomes a habit.
That is about 400 talking minutes a month, assuming about two minutes a call. The Standard plan covers it.

Setting up is $350, once, and covers the phone and messages together.
Your monthly fee doesn't start until the day it goes live.
If you are not missing enough calls for this to pay for itself, we will tell you on the call instead of selling it to you.
Find out what happens when someone calls you right now.
The call is free. We'll work out how many you're missing and what it's costing you, and tell you honestly if it isn't worth fixing.
